Commissioned work can only be used for personal use, NOT commercial use, UNLESS the client, pays for the commercial use rights.
I, the artist, have the absolute right to my artwork; this includes posting the work on my socials and adding it as a part of my portfolio. However, I will be posting a watermarked, low-quality version for safety purposes. I have the right to include any fan-work in portfolios, editorial projects, and selling merch, (previously commissioned or not) unless I'm informed beforehand. If the client does not want me to post the work on my social media it must be discussed beforehand.
Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, or REMOVE THE WATERMARKS on any of the artwork. (This includes the client!) When commissioning you will be sent a watermarked version to post/share on any media platform and a unwatermarked version for personal use.
Even if they bought the full rights to my art, the client is not allowed to claim my art as their own.
The client must credit me [JLights] as the artist, or have a link going back to one of my socials anytime my art is post/shared.
I have no interest in NFT (Non-fungible Token). Do NOT use my art for any NFT related reasons.
I will be prioritizing commissions by first Rushed, then commissioned/return clients, then Personal use.
Payment must be paid 100% beforehand.
BY ANY MEANS, DO NOT RUSH ME! (unless you have paid for a rushed fee). Working time can range from 1 week to 2 months, depending on the queue.
I will try to provide updates as soon as possible, but don't ask me for updates please; I will be the one who contacts you first.
The client will have 3 free revisions (changes) during the sketching process, and one on the base color; Other than that, there will be a charge ($3+ per sketching change, $4 any other change).
